Infrared Arch System
The Infrared Arch System is an innovative paint curing system which
has the following features;

Bake full front of a car for 14 minutes for under one dollar
Can be easily moved when in use in the spray booth
Can be easily stored in the spray booth or prep station or any other
workshop area
Easy to install
Automatic height detection - you do not need to adjust the unit
by hand
Can be adjusted to various angles allowing it to be used on any
side of the vehicle
Both cassettes can reach up to 3.5mt each and can be used on all
model of vehicles
Each cassette can be used individually as they have their own switches
hence allowing different sized areas to be dried
Use of carbon hydrate fiber quartz globes extends the life of the
unit
Each bank has an independent switch
Optional distance sensors are available
Infrared "L" System
The Infrared "L" System is an equally innovative paint
curing system as the Arch system which has the following features;
Saves up to 65% of baking time
Bake a full rear and right hand quarter panel for 14 minutes for
under one dollar
Bake full front or full rear simultaneously
Increases productivity
Both arms can reach one side of the vehicle
A 7mt guide rail which means the full distance is utilized
Independent power switches for left and right cassettes
The facility whereby the left and right cassettes can be moved separately
Left and right cassettes can be moved independently
Optional distance sensors are available
